    Ueah. I just saw an interview with someone in the crowd who said someone near them was shot and went down. She thought it may have been fatal. Also MTG tweeted several people were shot and one possibly fatally.

    I kinda figured multiple pops. and an ear isn't going to stop much.

    That was really fast, right after the last shots could be heard.
    I assume the shooter was real close to be identified and neutralized that quickly.
    Not a shooter hundreds of yards away ...

    Unless the people shouting that were relaying something they heard on the radio and the shooter was sa great distance away? :dunno:
    Maybe saying "shooter" meaning there is a shooter and "down" meaning get down.

    I really think you are beating the wrong drum. Most headlines were calling it loud noises etc because they are still trying to confirm. Pretty hard to tell a story in real time with 100% accuracy.

    All of the news sites are self correcting as further info comes in.
