The Kimber I'm impressed how controllable it is over the Glock 20 I had. I found putting my support thumb under the beaver tail keeps me on target.

I took the 75B and 75 Omega. The 75B has less muzzle flipp and was my favorite today. But it has Wolf springs and a stainless guide rod. It also has 16 round mags vrs. 12 rounds for the Omega. I have springs for the Omega so I'm sure I can tame it down. My wife's favorite today was the Omega so she wants to shoot that one.
Her second favorite was her Glock 23. The S&W 901 bit her and she just wants to put it up for sentimental reasons.

The S&W 1911 Pro Series 45 was my second favorite today. I'm getting a holster for that one. My wife didn't like it. OK by me. It's the one I'm going to dream about shooting. The 75B with the same level of accuracy and double the capacity couldn't be ignored, but if I had to choose one for fun it's the Smith.
I really liked the Kimber. For some reason I was really accurate with it. It was one of those guns when I took the first shot it was a good chance it would be dead center. I would go down hill from there of course.

Howdy Expat. Thanks for the sexy guns. Wife has a new favorite. I have a new favorite range gun. And the Kimber is going to get with the program. It is very accurate.

Glad you liked them. Yeah, I told you the Kimber needed something. It shot the S&B better than the Sig that I used. But I don't know that it had 500 rounds through it, so it might need broken in some more. The S&W never had any issues at all, but I doubt I put 1oo rounds through it.

We had Texas Beef Skillet (kind of like nachos on steroids) for a late lunch before the coyote hunter left for LaPorte. I have a chicken in the crock pot ready to go for tomorrow...will plug in before I go to work. Roasting potatoes and butternut squash now that I can reheat tomorrow night to go with it. Salad fixings are washed and ready to put together as well.

Work tomorrow and Wednesday. Going to my parents' on Tuesday I think.

I came home down 60 cents from poker last night so I guess that wasn't too bad.

I couldn't find the right ammo today. But I see what it's doing. I'm going to get a recoil spring kit and see what it likes, and polish the feed ramp. And feed it the right died. It will get there.

IMO, the 10 is awful long to make that bend. It just needs help getting it there. Maybe a bigger push from the mag couldn't hurt either.

The Smith and Wesson is the best one I shot to date. I wanted it bad when you posted it. Thanks for that.
