You folks aren't up on the latest in tactics. That's the "it's not a threat, its a car that's really far away" illusion.

Can't wait until I have something to contribute to this thread!

Heres to hoping its a DD MK18 with a Saker can....but I already have a DD M4v7 that I'm considering doing a Form 1 on. Haven't decided which way I want to go yet!

I hope one day I'll have something to post in this thread. Most likely it will be a .22 suppressor, but I don't know. I can't justify the cost right now.

    Looks like a SpecWar 5.56 on a 10.5" barrel.

Both good guesses. It is the indoor range at Right to Bear Arms. And it is a SpecWar 5.56 on a 10.5 inch barrel. Rifle is a Bushmaster. I'm going to have to add an adjustable gas block. With the suppressor attached, I get A LOT of gas in my face. Also, the brake is not as effective with suppressor attached. (For the mount, I chose brake over flash hider). Without the suppressor, the brake is VERY effective.

It's a little expensive but I like the Syrac or Spike's adjustable gas blocks (both made by Syrac). They are adjustable on the fly. No need to use loctite if you need to make a change. Find out where you can get the bolt to lock back on the last round with the weakest ammo you plan on shooting.

Here I'm using the Spike's adjustable gas block with a BCM mod3 gen2 charging handle. All the gas you see is coming out the ejection port. We were shooting 40-60 rounds of sustained fire and never once got choked up on the gas with this setup. This video was taken while I was still adjusting the gas block so while the bcg did lock back on the first mag, it did not on the second.

^ interesting combo Slade. Fixed barrel so no recoil booster & a 3 lug mount. Is the 3 lug part of the barrel or attached via threads?
