So apparently Dennying a thread is perpetrating the ruination of a really entertaining thread with unwanted facts and logic, thus negating all further entertainment value. Amirght?

Yup. Which is why I started presenting Denny awards for those who do such acts. Speaking of which:

Once upon a time there was an epic thread. The author of said thread came here and spun quite a yarn about being treated poorly by the police. One of our members who goes by the screen name of Denny, who also happens to be a cop in the area the OP got "wronged" in, came to the thread and presented the actual facts. Thus the 'dennying ' of threads was born.
