    2/3. If you watch the video where the first assisting trooper arrives, one of the citizens that showed up after the shooting was also armed with a gun, if I'm not mistaken. The assisting trooper was so amped up and didn't know who was friend or foe at the time and had the wherewithal to not shoot the assisting citizen just for having a gun.

    So hard to see details the video. Wonder who paid for his hip replacement and metal rod in his arm....
