I've brought it up a few times in the past with not much interest. I'm obviously up for it though. I would love to have this as an INGO event where people pay for a plate of food and all the money goes to an agreed upon charity.

Have you got a place to shoot and have a bbq? That does sound like alot of fun.

    That would be awesome!

Not to take money away from a charity, but maybe ask Fenway if he needs any extra help supporting INGO. I know hosting costs aren't cheap, and the site-supporter fees help a lot, but maybe INGO could use some more money for a rainy day fund. It could just be an INGO fundraiser BBQ.

Rubbed. I slather my butts and briskets in mustard then put my dry rub, let it set for a short while then heavy handedly put more dry rub on.

Smoking @ 225 till it hits 190, then wrap and let rest for an hour

    And the end product.....

I make my own dry rub, pre-sauce, q sauce, and my butt/brisket injection sauce. I also smoke using a variety of woods depending on what it is and mood.
I love to spatchcock a few chickens and brine them overnight in a brine/lager mixture. Throw on the smoker with some atomic buffalo turds and a fatty. mmmm good.

I sold about 1000lbs of q last year at work.

I will automatically disqualify myself (since Ive never cooked real BBQ before) so that I can be a tasting judge. :)
