    I don't care where you live or what kinda dog you own...if it chases after my kid in a threatening manner, I hope for the dog's sake you take care of it before I do.

    Lose dogs are the fault of the owner 100% of the time


    Amen brother. I ride a bicycle nearly every day, riding down country roads to avoid traffic as much as possible. I know where most of the unleashed dogs live, but I still get chased about once a week. I shouldn't have to fear for my safety when I'm riding down the road. It's no fun being nipped at, or having to avoid a wreck by running into a dog that runs in front of me. It all boils down to the fact that most dogs aren't well trained, and many owners are not responsible.
