The difference is the VA is full of people who earned that coverage.


People expect charity care (obamacare) to be top-notch care and that unrealistic expectation needs to change. I see so many people complain about how their penniless grandparent is getting taken care of at the Medicaid nursing home. They just don't get it.

The real problem is this...........so many on the left who get these ridiculous increases in premium, orchestrated by the very big gov't liberals they elected..........will scream for single payer and want the gov't to just take it all over!! Its already happening, and its beyond unreal. The people are so stupid, they are so brainwashed, they hate "corporations" and insurance companies so much(which have nothing to do with their obamacare of course, but thats who the left blames) that they continue to vote in the very people that wreck everything they have! That's the end result of 50+ years of leftist control of the education system. The gov. mandated moron factories are only good for churning out mindless cretins just smart enough to press buttons on machines, but not to question authority or desire liberty.

Just had to deal with this over the weekend with inlaws. They expect it all to be free and don't want to pay for anything and then complain about the service they get which is 2-3 star hotel rather than 5 star hotel.

On top of this Obamacare is setup for other people to pay for coverage. They either force employers to pay for coverage or give them government money to pay for premiums. Trouble is the deductibles are so high that even financially responsible people have troubles paying the out of pocket expenses.

The sad thing is everything that people really like could have been out in place without Obamacare. Preexisting conditions would just require prior coverage. Kids covered until 26 was simple and cheap to put in place but overlooked the real problem that these kids were not getting jobs, moving out and paying their own way in life.
