So the INDIANA Constitution includes free basic edumakashun to the lil chillin of this state.

Are you suggesting we should not follow the Constitution?

There's a family selling strawberry lemonade to raise money to send their kids to the Baptist school near them.

Apparently they need to search the IDOE Indiana Choice Scholarship Program for aid. Too late for this year to apply I believe.

Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant — Of the five Great Lakes, Lake Michigan has the highest number of drownings and rescues each year. From 2002 to 2020, Lake Michigan had 125 deaths and 360 rescues. In 2022, Lake Michigan was responsible for about 45% of Great Lakes drownings, with 38 deaths compared to 4 in Lake Superior, 10 in Lake Huron, 15 in Lake Erie, and 17 in Lake Ontario. Lake Michigan has also had more than 250 recorded cases of swimmers caught in rip currents since 2002, which is double the combined total of the other four Great Lakes.

And if they mapped it, i'd bet the majority is on the south tip. Might be population density, but i've been on that lake in the bad and it's down right dangerous. The south end of Lake Michigan is like a washing machine at times.

Education is fine. I don’t know that free transportation and sport stadiums are included in that…..

Which is why I'm mad that parents have to pay any 'fees'.

I pass that place often. Big industrial machine shop. They're not shy about letting their patriotism show. Usually there's a few more MAGA flags on display also. Wish I had some work to send their way.

Their website says they're looking for Machinists and mechanics, with good employment packages, if anyone's looking.

If only I was a Machinist, or Mechanic.
Or, interested in a job.

Course, I might be interested in a job once... maybe twice.. a week. Maybe.
The Escape is 15 years old. And now I'm sinking $5k into it.
Still cheaper than buying something.
And since 5k in a year is cheaper than something 'new'...

But.. Bidenomics is cutting in to my money more than I anticipated


Next time something like this happens, I'll probably sell it, and tap into my 401k
