Car Seat Inspection & Free Car Seat

St. Catherine Hospital will host a car seat safety check to promote the proper use of child safety seats. The event will be from 10 am to 1pm Saturday (24 SEP 11) in the North parking lot at St. Catherine Hospital, 4321 Fir St., East Chicago, IN.

Certified technicians will show parents how to properly install a car seat, and replacement car seats for those the technicians deem unsafe will be available at no charge thanks to a grant from Arcelor Mittal.

Appointments are required for the inspection. Call (219) 836-3477. One appointment is needed per child.
