BREAKING: LC Swat, Highland Police and Prompt Ambulance Block off Parrish in Highland

Soooooo what I'm getting from that report is someone locked themselves inside their own home with a gun and the tax payers had to pay a SWAT team, a ambulance service and a bunch of Highland Police Officers to hang out in front of his home and mess up traffic with the chance to break into his home and shoot him in order to save him from himself.... OK I understand.....
