I thought about a dueling tree. I don't have anything left or right of my berm though, so I don't want any splash going in those directions. I kept it to targets that would splash down, so I have two 66% torsos and two 8" squares.

I may build up the sides at some point. If I do, I may get a tree.

The trees are actually angled down. That is what keep them forward. The shots when hit will go towards the ground. It is the same with the rack. Even though we can't use them I might still bring them to the shoot so people can see them. I going to use the design to make a heavy duty set for centerfire rounds.

Had to make a run to SAM's CLUB this morning. Wise Guys Liquor SuperStore was down the mall so I stopped in to shop for some unusual bourbons. Meh. They have a pretty big selection of lower priced bourbons. They have a decent selection of obscure fairly crappy bourbons. They even had, what I think is, the worst bourbon on the planet in stock and priced VERY HIGH, $54 for a bottle of Journeyman Bourbon . . . WTF? No Widow Jane. No Old Forester Birthday. Lots of flavored stuff. Big piles of cases stacked up everywhere. But if you are looking for "premium" bourbons then keep on driving, this is not your store.

    Bye Bye Raccoon

Thank you melensdad for letting me borrow the cage.
The problem has been taken care of.
Now to reset the cage and hope it was just one.

Still raining down here! Lighting and thunder too.

Keep the trap baited for 7 to 10 more days after you release that one (quietly while nobody is watching up at the Little Calumet River, down by the Prairie off Main Street, etc etc etc.)

He may have a wife. Or friends. If nothing for 10 days then return it to me and rest easy. But do not presume that is the only one.

Oh, and if you have any Oreos left over I'll be happy to take those off your hands ... assuming you haven't been coon fingering them.

I HOPE THERE ARE NO MORE!!!
He damaged your cage a bit. The plate where he steps on to trap himself he bent it I had to bend it back.
I'll put the trap out again tomorrow night. Too wet/rain right now.

As for your Oreos. :puke: I had one with the PB and gross!

wait till you catch one of those possums I left they both weighted like 30 pounds each and had a lot of fight in them... sharp teeth and all... Better re-enforce that live trap or you will be buying another one....
