    Stay safe, hospitals full. Going in for a 16 hour shift soon, gonna try to get a nap in first. Gonna be a long night

    I'm curious as well Dan. I'm assuming you see mostly drunken *******s who have injured themselves. Wonder what proportion is firework related, and how many started with the phrase "hold my beer and watch this."

    I got burned out on parades when I was in marching band. Last parade I marched was July 4, 1977. It was 104 degrees, and we were in the red wool dress uniforms with the white fur shako hats that looked like Marge Simpson's hair. About ten of us passed out during the parade. After that, I was done.
