Well, if MSG gives you a migraine, you could ask for no MSG. But I think most put it in even when you ask them not to, so there's that.

Who was the INGO member that posted about some kit and or door installation to not allow a door to be kicked in?
I recall the kit had long screws that anchored into the brick not the wood frame?
