    I finished cooking up what you gave me yesterday. I simmered some of the bones for a day, cooled, scooped off the fat. Repeated the process with the boiling beef and ribs. The stock was sooooo marrowy and good.

    Thickened it up and added the vegetables yesterday. I'd say it's the best stew I've ever made, and I've got about 4 gallons of the stuff frozen.

    Once it cools back down I'll make broth out of the rest of the bones.

    Thanks again, we really put it to good use.

    Oh my god, what the hell was I thinking. I've always been one of those people that carry for comfort not to be comfortable. So for my birthday I decide to go out and buy a Galco Gunbelt. What a world of difference and I now see the light.

    What did it run you? I love my gunbelt but could always use a backup.
