Well the South side of Chicago
Is the baddest part of town
And if you go down there
    You better just beware
Of a man named Leroy Brown

    Now Leroy more than trouble
You see he stand 'bout six foot four
All the downtown ladies call him "Treetop Lover"
All the men just call him "Sir"

And he's bad, bad Leroy Brown
The baddest man in the whole damn town
    Badder than old King Kong
    Meaner than a junkyard dog

    Now Leroy he a gambler
And he like his fancy clothes
And he like to wear his diamond rings
    On everybodys nose
    He got a custom Continental
    He got an Eldorado too
He got a 32 gun in his pocket for fun
He got a razor in his shoe

And he's bad, bad Leroy Brown
The baddest man in the whole damn town
    Badder than old King Kong
    Meaner than a junkyard dog

Well Friday bout a week ago
    Leroy shootin' dice
And at the edge of the bar
    Sat a girl named Doris
And ooh that girl looked nice
Well he cast his eyes upon her
    And the trouble soon began
    Leroy Brown learned a lesson
'Bout messin' with the wife of a jealous man

And he's bad, bad Leroy Brown
The baddest man in the whole damned town
    Badder than old King Kong
    Meaner than a junkyard dog,

Well the two men took to fightin'
And when they pulled them from the floor
Leroy looked like a jigsaw puzzle
With a couple of pieces gone

And he's bad, bad Leroy Brown
The baddest man in the whole damn town
    Badder than old King Kong
    Meaner than a junkyard dog

    For NWI INGO ...

What's the going price for a Mosin Nagant?

What would you consider a bargain price for 7.62x54R?

The long ones were $70 for those with C&R license and $100 for all else.
Since the crazy I say add $40 premium to that.

The carbines I never say them on sale for C&R license holders and the ones on sale from F2F transaction were around $200+. Blythes (Griffith) had them at one point for $299.99.

Corrosive ammo .19 to .21 per round depending on sources
non-corrsove ammo .22 to .24 a round depending on source
    are good deals.

Here is the best deal I found for corrsive
    880 rounds 7.62x54R Bulgarian Com-Bloc Mid-70s Production Surplus Ammo - Cardboard Case - LIMIT 1 CASE | SGAmmo.com

Comes to around .21 per round after shipping to NWI.
    ~$187

    Thanks ....

It looks like your llink for ammo (SGAmmo) is out of stock.

I was just asking because I saw two Mosin's at Blythe's (Griffith) for $899 each. In all fairness, they were labled "Sniper" and had scopes (ComBloc) on them. I didn't see anything special about them though ... same cosmoline covered, tough-to-work bolts, and crappy triggers as any other Mosin.

If you click on the notify me when ammo is here they will let you know. They typically run out by the end of the week and then get more. They ship real fast.

$899   That is crazy price unless it was used by a famous russian sniper. It's a fun gun to shoot and bruise yourself with and feel like chopliver afterwards. Much better sniper rifles out there now.

My concern with the gun is ammo (the old surplus stuff) is going to run out within the next 10 years and then what? Reload and/or buy the new stuff which is a tad bit too expense.

I dont know how many NWI ingoers wear 5.11, vertx, propper or other tacticool clothing, but if you do take a trip to star uniform on rt 20 in portage. all kinds of clothing, flashlights, belts, bags and cop related stuff. Really nice store and things like this are the same price. Now, lapg might have some sales on occasion but I usually have to get 2 pair to get free shipping and now I dont have to worry about that. Check them out if this is something that may interest you.

I work in the port and go down 20 every day. Where is this place? Is it north or south of 249 (aka Willowcreek)?
