So a Jefferson Co., deputy told me last month that I can "transfer" my LTCH down to Kentucky. I told him that was news to me.

I still think its bollocks too... anyone know if its true? I know you can get an LTCH if you can prove you work in Indiana. Is that LTCH different to the "resident" LTCH? Is it a different colour? Marked differently?
