Speaking of the Zombie rules from Zombieland, I have to recommend the Nov/Dec 2012 issue of American Handgunner. Clint Smith himself talks about "The Rules" and how they pertain to carry and being able to defend yourself. I do not want to give too much away, but lets just say, ive been sharing that article with more then a couple people.

On a side note, did my physical therapy today and feel almost 100%.

Also I have to give props to the place I chose, 1st they were able to get me in within a couple days. Second when I got there they said they were cosidered out of network for my insurance. Which would mean I would have to pay $300 deductible before my insurance would cover 75%. Then they offered to overlook that and bill me as if they were in network, with my insurance company. Which meant I just had to pay a $20 co-pay.

I must also add that my appointment was at 0900 hrs, I arrived at 0855, later then I wanted because I had to do the paperwork for new patients, but overslept. Well I finished my paperwork handed it to them and at 0901 hrs my therapist came around the corner and brought me back to my treatment area. Around 0930 hrs I was finished and felt extremely better. Felt like I had a couple of good stiff drinks, a little weak in the knees, but no longer any spinning. Just slight light headed ness.... AMAZING.

If anyone needs a physical therapy place, check them out, it's a small independent place. With good people and all the equipment. They can get you in in a few days as oppossed to weeks. And they are prompt with their treatments. Staff was very friendly.
