So did moving the card to a new slot work?
Well if you are buying us one round of .22lr I want one of them pure gold .22lr rounds then.
    Lol

That's what bugs me. I'm not sure what did it. The last thing I did was reinstall and update the drivers. The Audigy still doesn't work but when I switched the default driver to the Sigma Tel .... the sound worked. Nothing from the Audigy.

Just a bump to the charity raffle for our soldiers we are having on Thursday night at the NWI INGO OPEN CARRY CIGAR NIGHT.
WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A CHARITY RAFFLE TO WIN A FLOOR ASHTRAY that is made out of a stack of cigar boxes. A glass ashtray is set into the top box. The ashtray was made for the "CIGARS FOR SOLDIERS" project. 100% of the proceeds from the raffle go to the "CIGARS FOR SOLDIERS" project which ships cigars overseas to our bases in the sandbox.

    * Even if you don't smoke please buy at least a raffle ticket or two for the ashtray. If you win and don't want it then you can donate it back to the "CIGARS FOR SOLDIERS" project and we will raffle it off at our next event and that will DOUBLE the donation to the "CIGARS FOR SOLDIERS" project :yesway:

Naw ... he's not here. Otherwise, he would be in the safest part of NWI. :D
True, and also the world would spin off its axis

Must be ... pretty weird. I might just shoot it anyway.

On a different note ... Not seeing anything on INGO yet but it seems the Wounded Warrior Project will not take donations from any gun affiliated organization ... or so says the internet gun world. I usually give stories like this time to develop but this is sprouting pretty quick and from pretty reliable sources. Anyone hear anything?

Update: From their FAQ Page (under the Proud Supporter FAQ Section, Item 19)

    19. Are there any fundraisers WWP does not support?

WWP fundraisers can not be sexual, political or religious in nature, and cannot be partnered with alcohol brands or the exchange of firearms. This messaging conflicts with our mind, body, and spirit approach to programs. As everyone is aware, alcohol and substance abuse have been a significant problem with segments of the Wounded Warrior population, often with deadly consequences. WWP would not be honoring and empowering Wounded Warriors if the warrior population perceived partnerships with these types of events as encouraging the use of products that contribute to that problem.

So what's the issue? You felt like a criminal having to wait and be escorted, unarmed to the 2nd floor to try some holsters? :dunno:

    1) You should call ahead and let them know you are coming so someone can be ready for you. Lowendgenerator advised that. If you tell them what gun you are bring they can even get the holsters ready for you.

Or better yet head over to Blythe's in Valpo where you can try the holster's out in the indoor gun range area or come in with a loaded gun, you are sent to the gun range area to unload, and then told to come back to the shop area. :D

First I knew I should've went to blythes, I only went to cabales for the veterans day 20% off. And the problem was everything you said plus, I didn't find a holster because when we got upstairs he said he didn't have any for my fnx or my wifes p238 without looking. He was more interested in showing people my wifes Sig. I already knew they weren't going to have one made for them, I wanted to try to find one that would work. Aaaaand we weren't aloud our guns back until we walked outside. And the guy seemed mad that we wanted our guns back before we would continue with out shopping. Oh and we were never aloud to touch them. I felt like a criminal.

Well ofcourse we had more weapons. The main problem was I wanted to try different holaters to find one that was a close enough fit and I was unable to do that

It's not paranoia. It's being prepared.

When I do the Cabelas thing, I OC a different pistol. That way, I still have a pistol (and usually BUG), and yes Jedi, my 2 knives.

The gun I bring in is cased.
I do find it funny, having my cased weapon walked to the door, while I have 2 on me.
