Bought a crapton of tomatoes at Evan's fruit market on Taft/30. Chunked them up and put them through the juicer so I could put the juice into ziplocs and freeze it. 1 cup per bag. What a mess to clean up, though.
Sounds easier than when my parents would can the tomatoes.
But, then they didn't have to freeze. Which is nice since power losses are a BIG problem in my neighborhood.

Spent half the day troubleshooting one of the Halloween "faces".
Fixed it, but took longer than I should have.
A wire had scrapped against the ground, broke one wire, and scraped insulation from another.
    OOPS.

Also, wire tied up things better so they wouldn't scrape.

Started marking off where the lights will go for face 3.
Which will be purple, and a skull face.

Amazon delivered my THIRTY boxes of purple lights.
    :)

    jedi was south of us30!
    House of kobe.
Food was good, prices the same as last time with the automatic 18% tip already added.

jedi thinks however the portions size were reduced just a bit. Not fully noticeable but just a tad less.
Guess they saw you coming and wanted their tip upfront. Could have went next store and filled up on sliders.

Portions were still there when I went, just depends on appetite, mood, and ordering. I left full knowing what to expect. Now, the wife forgot, and the kid had no clue. Lol

    Quality is still there.

    Agree quality is still there.
The filet mignon was very tender.

u r right sat next to a bigger family and the father was being an a..ho.... to the cook and complaining it was too hot, that he did not get enough noodles, that he wants another beer (had a total of 5 during the dinner). It was his kids bday but we was just interrupting the cook every second.

Think that is what really messed up my dinner.

By the way, haven't been shocked in awhile.
    Occupational hazard.

The tremor medicine helped a lot while I was working.
That and paying more attention because i was tired of it.

Haven't been to work since December, and TODAY I get zapped.
It was how I found the skinned and the broken wires.

    Ugh.

Tried nisa Greek taverna for dinner tonight (schererville) it was pretty good, t-Star was more impressed than me, but it was good. I had bbq lamb and the had a pasta dish. Lamb was very fatty (perhaps normal, I'm
No Greek food exert) but it was good.

G'morning to all my fellow Region dwellers. I hope you all are doing well. Just wanted to give a shout out to @dkaufman for helping me out while I am dealing with some pretty serious health issues. His caliber is top shelf.

    HAGD all.

Good to hear a positive review. My wife keeps mentioning she wants to try that place.
