just like almost EVERY OTHER negotiation since the 80s.
Once another mill signs the contract, any other mill is almost forced to sign theirs.
Otherwise, if a strike happens, their customers just go to the other mill, and take years to coax back.
And with the profit they have now... strikes are more likely when they are LOSING money, and they are NOT.
