I need clarification as well. I started a Google search and it went down a rabbit hole of weirdness. I really don't want to go back.

After a little over a month, the basement is in the painting phase. I'd say were at the half way point. We made a goal of getting the basement finished within 1 year of moving in. That was the 17th, at least were close.

Another weekend. Another fencing tournament. Drove up to Woodstock, IL for the event. Saw a bunch of cars in ditches. Watched an accident happen in my rear view mirror. Guy in front of me was driving too slow while entering the highway. I was on a 2 lane wide ramp so I passed him on the right just in time to see him merge in front of faster moving vehicles, spin out, get hit, watched his front bumper fly off and stopped all lanes of traffic behind me. Idiot.

Safely at the event my Saber kids performed well.

Girls 6th place medal.
Boys SILVER medal and also a 7th place medal.

I was happy with the results.

Glad your travels were safe. I was on the road Friday when the storm hit and there were many accidents. Congrats on the good finishes for your fencers.

I had no trouble on 30, 65 or 80/94 going into Chicago.

Didnt do crap to the streets on my path to work. Slick as snot. Watched two people slide into the curb at stop lights. On street that I was on that had been salted and was fairly clear was Central Ave in Lake Station
