On a different note ... you guys missed an awesome event this past weekend at the Marty Brown Invitational. This is unlike most shooting events or classes simply from the standpoint of location (how often do you get to test drive your gear and yourself at full distance?) and the people involved.

If anyone would like to make it to next year's event, you have one year to get ready. Anyone can sign up but prior attendance at a Revere's Riders or Appleseed is highly encouraged and qualification as Rifleman is recommended (there is NO instruction given at this event). I can help you get ready. Just ask.

Get healthy. Get some practice in (I'll help you). Set aside the time to go. Show up and shoot. No excuses. You won't regret it.

I'll be there so you will have a ride and a place to stay.

Normally, I'm working.
Now that I'm not working, I'm falling over.
But, around here I can only shoot 200 yards.
I've shot 400 yards.

Oh heck no I might buy my deer firearm license and use either my gp 100 or vz2008 after going to the range before the 17th and get some more practice at 50 yds.
