Finished mowing and trimming as the old black cloud rolled in. Fired up the blower & the rain opened up. Oh well.

We were in the pool when the clouds started rolling in. About half way through cooking the burgers the downpour started. Came down heavy for 30+ minutes. Power flickered off, but only long enough to cause the clocks to flash. Bright and sunny after that and the driveway is dry so the evidence of the rain is gone.

does anyone know what development is going to occur at the old ultra foods in highland. the shops in that plaza that were still there all got sold within the past month. the entire place is now a big ghost town minus the walgreens and resturant. strange
