Ok, he went to lots of fun on 41 for his soft cover. He said it's mostly waterproof and is happy with it. He's had it a few years now
I might add, you can't roll it up, if it has snow on it. Need a broom or something to knock off snow.

CLOSURE ALERT - Indianapolis Blvd. (U.S. 20), East Chicago:
All lanes of U.S. 20 (Indianapolis Blvd.) will be shut down in East Chicago, between Chicago Ave. and 145th St., starting tomorrow through Friday, March 23.
This closure will allow East Chicago city crews to complete necessary sewer work because overfed and unusually large region rats apparently got stuck and clogged the sewer.
A separate detour has been identified by East Chicago for trucks and cars.

New house is on the backroad of the backroads
CLOSURE ALERT - SR 149, Portage:
All of SR 149 will be closed at the Indiana Toll Road bridge, located between CR 1000N and Leeper Drive near Portage. The closure begins tomorrow and lasts through mid-June. This is so Indiana Toll Road crews can rehabilitate the Indiana Toll Road bridge at SR 149.
Annoying, but not a disaster for this guy.And for the Porter county good old boys
Don't give them any ideas on how to fix roads.Annoying, but not a disaster for this guy.
The real CF in Portage will be when they start this spring to widen Central Ave. east of Hamstrom (near Speedway & Beef Mart) and run piping down the middle. That will take a year. With homes and businesses, you can't just shut it down.
But do you have raccoons living on the backroad of the backroads?
Yeah. Looks like a decent amount of trash pandas and tree rats in the more wooded part of the property
If you set up a bird feeder with cheap bird seed it will attract them.
Then set a few live traps around the feeder.
You can catch a whole family in one night and drop them off for Jedi the next morning. Jedi loves the furry little bandits. He runs a sanctuary for them so we all try to pitch in and take them to him as often as possible.

Let me know if you need any additional information. I know he'll be at the youth meet and shoot, so you can ask then but I can let him know or ask anything else. If you get the Rhino bed liner, usually you can get over the lip and mount anything on top afterwards. To all the "hood rats" living or dying in East Chicago ...
That's normal, same thing applies to the folding panel style covers.
Yup, I can shoot on my property too.
I live just about 1 mile south of the intersection of 'NO' & 'WHERE'
