Have you even made up a 30 day food calendar where you log everything you eat by date & time? And also logged a your migraines.

I found that my migraines were related to certain foods and, depending upon the food, I'd have a headache in 1 to 12 hours after consumption of the food. It led me to removing some specific foods from my diet. Combination foods (cheese + sausage + yeast = pizza) could create a massive headache.

    Sleep and eating schedule.
    Both disrupted by shift work.
Only way out is to quit my job.
And I'm 4.5 years away from my pension, so I guess I put up with it.

My biggest trigger is weather systems, especially rain systems. They don't all trigger a migraine, but the majority do.

Allergies are a distant second, and haven't really been consistent. It leads me to believe there is another factor involved with the allergy to trigger the migraine.

That sucks. Mine don't seem to go away any more without them.

I forgot the weather. Been killing me.
And my migraine I JUST got over, started on Thursday night. Took 3 Excedrin migraine pills.
Friday. 3 in morning, 3 in afternoon, 2 in evening.
    Saturday. 3 more in morning.

    Did NOT help.

I hate heat. It makes me sluggish and crabby. Pls there is no way to escape it. With cold you can always just add more layers. But with heat what?

Excedrin helped me when I was younger. Since around 40 they haven't.

    How is the Botox going?

Sounds like you all the time.

As for escaping cold, not really. Go work outside when it is -10F and tell me about layers to avoid it.

You do the same thing with real heat that you do with real cold, you avoid it. Heaters for when it is cold and AC for when it is hot.

    .
We have noticed that you always seem to layer up enough to make you sluggish and crabby.
