Oh, and Bosak settled with me. After trying to get me to trade my Liberty in on another Jeep and offering me deals that were NOT to my advantage, they finally just cut me a check and sent me on my way.

The Jeep is fixed now and I'm trading it in today. I never liked the Liberty; it sits too high and is hard for me (and more importantly, my mom) to get in and out of. The only reason I bought it was to pull the travel trailer, and now that's gone.

Probably just shy of seven figures. Comes with a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, guest apartment over the second garage (5 air conditioned bays, + car lift & workshop area, separate bathroom in the garage. In ground pool. In ground hot tub. Pool house with granite counter for the bar. Main house is 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3.5 car garage.

Yes still lake county. Property taxes are 1.5% or is it 1% for residential

All of Indiana is 1% on the primary home.
Lake is 1.5% on income.

That isn't bad at all. I would have to have a flying car before I lived that far out. Not to mention a lot more money to afford it.
