This is the only one that I am certain that is protected under IC 35-47-11-1. There may be others that have nojail cells or courtrooms but I don't know.

I am going to try to attend this one. My thought is he just wants to tell folks how much he is going togive them out of their neighbors pockets.

Because it's probably not true. I have never heard of a prohibition based on type of event ... only location.

Ballstater, That idiot actually said you could buy a truck load of guns at a gun show in Indiana without filling out a 4473. I don't know what show he is speaking of as I almost always end up filling one of those forms out when I buy one there. Plus if he is speaking of private sales, I don't think I've ever seen a truckload of guns in one of them for sale from private sellers. I'm a gun show junkie and attend a lot of these shows over here so if it was happening I would have seen it...
