While I was only 2, so I don't actually remember, I'm told that in '67 the days before the big storm was just like this. Warm and mild one day, bam feets of snow the next.
I remember the snow to well back then and was a tender 13 years old and in the middle of the storm the old McCormick Place burned to the ground and everyone helped each other get thru the storm. Unless you tried to park in the space someone cleaned out and put a chair or two there. :boxing:

Jedi's going over to the dark side....

I'm a bit worried about the weather, it is still bad for me as my Blood Sugars change with the up's and lows so quick. No snow is good though.... means no heart attacks probably...

Man! I would love to meet the sadistic sob who puts all these ties and anchors on the packaging of kids toys. :bat:

That's why grandfathers carry a multi-tool with them. Merry Christmas to you and yours. Prime rib and ham at the daughters this afternoon and get to take the ham bone home for ham, beans, and cornbread later this weekend.

    By the way.
Thought I'd mention I went to a follow up at the eye specialist. It looks like the swelling is down in the back of my eye. And according to a "weird light" test I took, I gained about 10% of my sight back.
Looks like it was my blood pressure causing the swelling, pressuring the optic nerve.
