Took two steps off a platform at work, at full speed.
Unfortunately there were three steps.
On the plus side, I skidded on my shoulder way further than I thought I could.
On the negative side, no witnesses to that spectacular feat.

I take Imitrex for them. Ask your doctor for a prescription and try one next time. There are some other meds too, but they cost a heck of a lot more on my insurance.
