It will kill it but then you have other stuff growing (ie. weeds) & oh great now it's raining cats & dogs.
A happy jedi = nothing but cement.

They paved Paradise and put up a parking lot.

Watch out. State Polo is out and on it. I'm averaging seeing someone pulled over about every 3 minutes!

Well, its Monday. I gotta go looking for a new car today. Had to shoot my old one. RIP 2004 Camry... We just made it to 213,340 miles too. Sad because I was hoping to get 300,000 at least. O well. Happy Monday everybody.

The power company will change the wire from pole to house if you request AND pay for it.
    :)

    But now for your question.
Current 100amp have only 1 20amp circuit left.
Basement is unfinished so idea is to,complete it.
Estimte it will need 4 to 5 circuits.
Plus 1 for deep freezwr and fridge.

Be aware that NIPSCO will require you to have an inspection before they reconnect to your new service. That means the inspector will be looking at your whole house and require you to bring the entire house up to the current code.

Nobody is installing 100 amp services in homes anymore. The cost to upgrade to a 200 is minimal as far as the panel goes.

Find three contractors you feel you can trust and have them give you a written quote that states they will bring the home up to code and pass an inspection.
