Acteon, it's a inside light socket with two regular light switches to control it in two different locations. No dimmer switches. It's the only socket in the house that will kill a LED light that quickly...

Off to the old River Oaks for a little ride and drive work event.. Basically me sitting out in the hot sun for 4 hours watching people drive

LEDs don't like it if the voltage dips.
If you have a day/night sensor, make sure it snaps on/off.
Some sensors drop the voltage slowly. Bad for the LED.

Next, you have to make sure the voltage isn't fluctuating.

Ah, that makes sense. I had an led bulb on my porch light years ago that was connected through an ambient light switch. It did not last long. This is why.

Setting a date of July 18th (a Saturday) for the pistol simulator event. I have to put a price in to register the event, so it's going to be listed at $1.
I'm going to run a couple or several throughout the day. Something like, 10am and 1pm or more. Still working on the details. i'll post the registration link here when I have it setup.

BREAKING: County Police Pull Blue Scion from Pond in Crown Point
June 11, 2015-Lake County Police recovered a blue scion from a lake near Greenwood and Nine Mile Road in Crown Point just moments ago. The vehicle is believed to be that of missing Michael Hernandez. Coroner personnel were on scene but it is not yet known if a body was in the vehicle.
