Um, are you trying to dishonor the memory of Ole Ronnie? That blasphemy to the GOP faithful.

And BTW, the Constitution allows for portions of it to be suspended in certain case. Unless you're aware of some highly classified material that exposes exactly what the good senators were talking about in that clip, then there's no way of knowing what they were referenceing.

A very plain question was asked regarding whether or not a specific plan of action was developed that by its nature would have at minimum bordered on treason, and the good Senator from Hawaii shut down the discussion.
