Anyone else have/had Albert Lamberger as an examiner? My buddy got his stuff pretty quick with him as an examiner, and according to NFAtracker.com his turn around is avg. 35 days from pending to approved.

Man I was so happy when I came home to find a letter in my mail box from the ATF. I thought that I was approved, that was until I opened it to find out that I had a correction to make.

Hey this is just a heads up if you do a trust in 3b for a form 1 you have to put the full name of the trust not your name. I got my paperwork back in the mail and had to correct it and send it back in. But from what I hear it only takes a few weeks after that to get you stamp.

Called in today to find out they were approved and mailed 2 weeks ago... and I thought the wait to get approved was killer, turns out the wait for the forms to arrive at the dealer is worse!

Great turn around....but the mail time would concern me. Since when does it take 3 weeks for mail to get anywhere?
