I wanted to get peoples input on my novice paint job on my new varmint gun.
The gun is an older Savage 110 in .270. The finish on the stock was shot so I stripped it down and repainted it. Feel free to offer any comments or criticism. I can handle it. So :yesway: or :noway:

:noway: Sorry, friend. I would have to surrender my man card to use that one in public. But if you like it, carry it with pride and enjoy it.;)

A deer is kind of a varmint isn't it?

But back to the original question, sorry, I don't like the white base coat for a GP rifle. Way too shiny IMO. But you obviously put a lot of thought and effort into it. If you are happy with it, it doesn't matter what I think.
