I have seen many a ND at Walmart (and elsewhere).

Worst ones IMHO are the ones screaming next to their obese parents..........the herd blocking the aisle.

Besides I doubt there are very many of those kind of ND's.

Those discharges are usually expected. see rule 2, Don't let the muzzle cover
any thing you are not willing to, well, you know.
