Said the first suspect had a bomb on his chest when taken into custody, saying be aware the second suspect may as well.

not sure if thats right or not.

Edit: now not sure whats going on, they said suspect at large may have device on his person so be aware when they find him.

A half hour or so ago a naked dude was taken into custody. The news was reporting he was a suspect. He is not a bomber/murderer.

Cops thought they had one of the suspects, forced him to strip naked and the news showed him being put into the back of a squad car. They realized he wasn't involved and let him go.

Early on in this whole thing they made an arrest. they had him strip butt naked to make sure he wasn't wired or something. Wrong place, wrong time. At least that is what's being reported.
