The 2nd Amendment is no different than the 15th or 19th Amendment. They are all amendments to the Constitution. Does the Constitution actually say anything about free speech or the right to bear arms?

    Hmmm!

While attempting to exercise his right (2A), his right to vote was violated . . .

He could have exercised his right to vote, if he gave up his 2A rights . . .

Apparently the powers that be, believe they can limit individual rights to suit their needs (making themselves more powerful) . . .

or did the founding fathers only intend for us to be able to exercise one right at a time?

Only intent of comments is to TAG for future reference . . .

I said in the original Constitution. It also doesn't state that you have the right to vote, just that your right to vote can't be infringed. It infers that the right exists, but never declares it explicitly, as in the bill of rights or the articles.

... you're really gonna take it there?

I don't think it's on iTunes yet but you can download the podcast from the web site. I listened to a bit of it this morning on my iPhone.

Not from work...they don't like sites called "...GUN..." I'm afraid they'll pick this one up sometime.
