    Can you point to case in IN where a burglar successfully sued a homeowner for injuries sustained as a result of them breaking into the homeowners house? Just one?

    I had an interesting exchange with the gentleman on facebook (the subject of the post below). It seems that he was the exception to the rule. I did not take time to read the entire transcript, but it was his impression that the rule of law was violated by both the prosecutor and the judge.
