I will agree to disagree with everyone that is saying fogo, while I did eat enough meat to put me in a meat coma. My wife and my buddy's wife didn't care for it at all. I would recommend Palimino, Harry and Izzy's, Mortons, and st elmo's. And Maker's Mark inside Live Casino is also a great option.

Thanks everyone for the great recommendations so far.

Right now I have reservations at Palimino and Fogo. Most of the other places Ive checked are booked up that day (imagine that!).

The only other place Ive found with reservations available is the Ambrosia Italian joint.

Im trying to make this a semi-surprise, so Im trying not to ask the wife, but I may have to ask her so I get it right

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone!! We went to Fogo and had a GREAT time! Meat coma FTW!

One thing I will change is going to the salad bar. While the salad bar does have large pieces of bacon on it, all it did was take away precious space for some of the awesome roasted meat I could have eaten! Another thing I love is sitting down, and having instant food! We will be back!
