    I was changing tires at 10:00 pm a couple weeks ago. My wife came out to “help” so I had her hold the flashlight. At one point I commented that I suspect she didn’t hold the flashlight for her dad much when she was young. Her reply was “ Nope, and I’m about to drop it if you don’t change your tone.”

    I credit my thick skin to holding the flashlight for my dad as a kid.

    Head lamps are great. I have one in every vehicle.

    I often wonder about starting a thread about the virtues of traveling through this life without a ball and chain?

    I've told my wife more than a few times that if she was a union apprentice, she wouldn't have made it past the probationary period.

    That usually stops the honey-do's for at least 6 months. . . . . and meals for two weeks.
