Congrats on the 0301 man, that was my first "beefy" higher-dollar knife. Be careful around those ZT knives, they are definitely gateway drugs of the highest order.

Thanks! definitly happy with the purchase. Most money Ive ever spent on 1 knife. Im sure it wont be the last ZT I ever buy either. Been carrying it last few days and it carries alot better than I thought it would. Favorite knife by far..

Once you get used to carrying around a bigger folder, they seem to shrink in your pocket. When I carry my XM-24 for a few days in a row and then pick up a large 21 Sebenza, it feels impossibly smaller.

Another one from Blade. Marfione Custom Socom Bravo. Mirrored Polished CPM-154 Tanto Blade, Titanium W/ Carbon Fiber Scales. Really hard to get good pics due to the mirrored polished blade (reflections), but here you go.

$25 for a case sodbuster seems pretty cheap... I wasn't saying they literally cost $5, just pointing out that they are extremely cheap (even for a fairly nice one). As always, you can spend a lot on one if you choose to get a fancy one.

sadly good soddies aren't that cheap...

Finally bought one, settled on a ESEE 5 after much research.
It doesn't seem like there are many orange on orange ESEE's floating around, can't wait to do some week long camping with this thing.

For the past 6 years, my edc was the M16 on the right. It was the knife my dad carried while stationed in Iraq so it has a lot of sentimental value. Over the past year, it has gotten beaten up pretty bad and I finally decided to retire it before it suffered a catastrophic failure. After doing a lot of research, the Spyderco Manix 2 sounded like a good work horse at a decent price. I went with the G10 grips, s30v steel, and the black finish/coating they put on their blade. After having carried it for nearly a month, I'm very pleased with it and think it'll serve it's purpose well.

Very nice. The quality on that knife is superb. It should last you the resto of your life if you take care of it. I used to have one and liked it a lot.

This is my Brous Blades SSF. It has the carbon fiber scales and the tumbled finish on the blade. I had two tritium vials put in the scales for low-light visibility. I love this thing so far.

Finally got my first ZT. I wanted the larger model but I didn't like how slow and stiff the blade deployed. This one is like a rocket. I like the profile. I didn't realize they had them in other colors so I'm gonna get a tan one next. I have a unreleased knife coming from the rep in two weeks with a titanium blade. Can't remember now what brand (not a knife junkie sorry). He just unrolled his knife goodie bag and I loved it so I ordered one.ill post a pic when I get it.

My Esee knives. Junglas, Esee 6, Izula. I just got the Junglas. The G10 scales are awesome. They have much better grip than the linen micarta scales on my 6.
