I mean, it's a joke post Snowden, but I do appreciate the information.The only DNA database that law enforcement has access to (that I'm aware of) is CODIS, and this does not include birth DNA blood spot samples. CODIS is restricted to DNA from convicted felons and arrestees charged with violent offenses. If it's from a birth record, law enforcement would already have to have a suspect, then pull his birth blood spot DNA record for comparison.
