    Yep, it's up to LE to recover the specific information granted in the warrant, all on their lonesome.

    It's not up to the defendant to "surrender" any information, unless they choose to do so voluntarily.

    If I burried evidence somewhere on God's green earth, then it's up to them to dig it up.

    Of course, the judge could always hold you in contempt of court. Just like when people refuse to reveal the source of their information.
