expect to be harrassed?! the expectation of harrassment is not one that i ever expect when OCing. i know that i am an obvious "target" for LE to investigate and even ask me for my LTCH, which im fine with showing IOT end a confrontation. but harassment is something i will not deal with and, far as imconcerned, have not had to deal with yet by LE

I agree with Priest... i cant see what the big deal would be to conceal until you got done watching the movie. You do still have the firearm at your hip. Its really not a great impression when you become confrontational about carrying. It should be mutual respect between law enforcement and those who carry.

While I never developed the OC habit, I do not understand how yielding to extralegal demands constitutes mutual respect. In fact, it seems to constitute a lack of respect that smacks of coming down on the wrong side of the question of police being public servants or public masters. If we are to accept this, what other preference issues are we going to accept being enforced at officer's discretion?

I see it as if you keep pissing off LE they are just going to become more of a pain in the ass untill the point where govern bodies will make it next to impossible to obtain OC Just be cause we have the right to bare arms doesn t mean there some politcal smart ass that will find a loop hole to where they can find away to pass a law that will inhibit people from obtaining OC's

It's much better to let LE just make up the laws as they go about their duties. That is what we should do. Baaaaaaa.

Actually the theatre is about 1/4 mile NORTH of County Line Rd. Therefore it is Marion County. I just took his word that it was a JCS since he said he read the name and badge. The theater you're thinking of is behind the mall and is a Regal theatre. This theatre that he's speaking of is most likely the Cinemark over by the pawn shop across from Babies 'R' Us.
