makes me wonder if they didn't undersize the explosives on the pagers intentionally to get them to use the radios which have a bigger package? The amount of effort and though in this operation would lend me to believe they are thinking 2 and 3 steps down the road on this.

So maybe now the main event begins. I was surprised that immediately after the pagers going off if there weren't air strikes and ground incursions into southern Lebanon to clean out the last bits of Hezbollah rocketry.

I did read someplace that the Israelis had to press the boom button sooner than they wanted to because someone in Hezbollah had discovered the pagers were rigged.

Makes sense, but it’s hard to tell what’s really true and what’s not right now.
