Someone once said, Veterans may not always remember the name of their High School Principal and his assistant (I do it was MR. Toma Troy High School Troy Michigan 1975, I spent so much time in his office) and the assistant principals name does escape me after all these years ............but.............that same someone said a veteran will never forget the names of his Drill Instructor, and his assistants!!!

    Lets see now.........

    I get to go first:

Drill Sergeants WASHINGTON, HERROD, and O'BRIAN
    Charlie Company 18th Battalion, 5th Brigade (C-18-5)
Ft. Knox KY 1 Aug 1975:patriot:

Who's next, & what Indygunner can remember his/hers the farthest back....I mean like before some of you was with General Sherman and the 100th Indiana during the march to the sea you be that kinda old.

Sound off like you got a pair !

I musta done a million mountain climbers my first day for laughing thinking about Drill Sergeant Paul Harvey, and "the rest of the story."
Because we weren't on tank hill our DI's thought we would "get upitty" if we didn't tour it several times a day.
ETA: I have no clue who my HS principal was.
