is there a logical reason Obama is not facing articles of impeachment?

    Why hasn't he been impeached?

Because he limits personal liability with his army of pawns.

Personally I don't even care about obama. Public enemy no.1, in my eyes, is harry reid.

Removal of harry reid would do a whole hell of a lot more than removing obama.

Both are accurate. While I, and many others sure think he committed murder when he killed American citizens without a trial there is no-one who will ever cede that and press charges. As far as the powers that be are concerned he, and Bush, have committed no crimes. Opinions don't count in the face of the law, unless you're a judge issuing one.

Ah, the ever classic having your cake and eating it too response........ you are a wily one for sure.

While I don't disagree with your take on the killing, there's not a court in the land that will ever choose to convict a president for doing that. I wish he and Bush would be prosecuted and convicted for their many crimes, but we know that's not going to happen. There's too much precedent in the government courts that will let them skate.

You did say: "Make your case for impeachment using the law." If the Congress actually acted faithfully on the oath they all swore, they would be duty bound to impeach and convict.

Of course the Republicans will never impeach. I believe they want to be able to start there and further expand the power of our Imperial Government when it's their turn.

There's no way the Democrats would convict if the Republicans did impeach. After all, the Republicans handed them a fine level of unconstitutional power, they're not going to back up now. Do that and the next thing you know they'd be stuck actually following the Constitution. Not to mention, Obama is their, er, man.

None the less that is a case for impeachment using the law. It's also something that should give just about everyone pause. If they can do that, and so casually, the poor Constitution really is just a piece of paper.
