I'm surprised that no one has mentioned, that it appears solely on this woman's word, a warrant was granted. I'm hoping there was some more info gathered before this warrant was issued.

I say this because my wife was once married to a child porn addict unaware, and their home was raided by Marshals and they snatched the computers, they downloaded stuff right there, they knew she had nothing to do with it and gave back her computer after going through it, took the rest and arrested him.
I would think if they find nothing, and beginning to look that way since no arrest, do you think Jared will have a lawsuit case?

There has to be more here. He is linked to the butt head that was arrested in some fashion. It would seem to me that if he were guilty that at the 1st sign of trouble that his computers would still be in his house.

That's what I thought. If he did have anything incriminating (or even embarrassing) on any device in his house when the other dude got arrested.........one would think that the FBI would find only a bunch of brand new electronics by the time they got around to his house.

I would be very surprised if that woman was: a) telling the truth; b) responsible in any way for the warrant.

Her info is basically stale at this point. From what I've seen, her most recent interaction on the issue was 2009. Yeah, they may have done some investigating then, but clearly the didn't act on it.

No, this warrant is based on new info. My money is still on the ex-executive director saying something or some digital link to the house. Total speculation here, but they may have issues proving Jared knew the images were there. Not difficult to imagine him letting the ex-ex hang out at the house, maybe even let him stay there sometimes. If dude used Jared' network to download anything, there's probably going to be a record.

The question then becomes whether Jared did it or the ex-ex. If it is a he said/he said thing, that may not be enough if you're trying to file on a nationally recognized "good guy" spokesman.

Agree….but who knows how smart Jared is….? He is linked to the ex ex by association, nothing wrong there, my wifes ex had been doing it for 25 years and his closest and best friends never had a clue. Who knows if he ever got on their computers and did anything….? Guess in time we will find out.
