Along with healthy meat remember that most game can't fulfill 100% of your diet. If you eat all protein and nothing else you are susceptible to protein poisoning or mal de caribou. Just remember in a survival situations, fat and Vits are a very important part of your diet. 90% of wild vegetation grass is health for human to chew on and absorb the vits and fiber than spit out.
